PRINTMAKING
I have always been drawn to printmaking’s graphic and expressive style and have grown to love it more as I engage with its political nature and history as a vehicle for dialogue, protest, and grassroots movements. The ability to produce multiple editions also introduces a level of accessibility that challenges the exclusivity that is inherent to some other mediums.
Printmaking has enabled me to develop a direct and impactful visual language while also experimenting and growing. I enjoy practicing with various processes and technologies within the discipline to expand the possibilities of my work and develop a distinct style across mediums. Printmaking offers a balance of intention and discovery that keeps my practice dynamic and deeply connected to the world around it.
